Cancellations / No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We ask for a credit card to hold your reservation. If less than 24-hour notice is given you will be charged 50% of your reserved service. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service. We do recognize emergency situations, please contact spa estique at earliest convenience.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, possibly reducing its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will end on the regular scheduled time so our next guest is not delayed. Full service charge will be applied.

Merchandise Purchases

All purchases are final, no returns or exchanges. Skin care and makeup purchases made only by the recommendation of an aesthetician can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are valid for one year from date of purchase. Gift Cards can be transferred to another guest, but expiration date remains the same and original card must be turned in. Value of Gift Card can be applied to services or merchandise. No refunds given on Gift Cards.

This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, etc. Please notify your therapist of any discomfort or preferences. To ensure a tranquil environment for all guests, we request that cell phones be turned to silent during treatments or shopping in boutique.
