Cancellations
Please provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to the full price of the reserved service.
No Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
Late Arrival Policy
Timeliness
Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your relaxation.
Treatment Adjustment
To accommodate subsequent guests, your treatment will conclude at the originally scheduled time.
Charges
The full service charge will still apply in cases of late arrival.
In-Store Merchandise Purchase Policy
All Sales Final
All purchases are final, with no returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
Skincare and makeup products recommended by an aesthetician can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Card Policy
Validity
Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Transferability
Gift Cards can be transferred to another guest; however, the expiration date remains unchanged, and the original card must be presented.
Usage
Gift Cards can be applied toward spa services or merchandise.
Non-Refundable
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
